Standard Membership (€20/year) gives you a printed cardiac ID card, posted to you, plus a digital ID in the HRI Plus app. HRI Plus (€54.99/year) includes all of that, and adds a medical bracelet, three key fobs, and free replacement if any are lost. It also unlocks the full app, so you can record medications and medical records, set up trusted contacts, and share your details with a healthcare professional when you need to. You can move up from Standard to Plus at any time.

HRI has supported cardiac device ID cards for patients across Ireland for many years. The printed plastic card is now offered directly through HRI Plus, as a low-cost Standard Membership, a full HRI Plus Membership, or a single card on its own. You can still access your core device information, and HRI continues to support hospitals and patients with clear, structured cardiac device records.
Yes. Your data is encrypted and managed in line with GDPR. Nothing is shared without your permission. HRI is recognised by HIQA as Ireland's national cardiac device registry.
No. HRI Plus is an information and identification service. It helps you store and share your existing cardiac device information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.
HRI Plus does not replace emergency medical care, your hospital record, or advice from your cardiology team. In an emergency, always contact the appropriate emergency services.
