HRI Plus is a membership from Heart Rhythm Ireland designed to support people living with a cardiac device. It offers smart, secure tools to help you stay prepared — from your official cardiac device ID to global hospital access, identity accessories, and real support when you need it.

At present, HRI Plus is optimised for patients who are already registered on the Heart Rhythm Ireland platform. If you are not yet registered, or are based outside Ireland, you can still join, and we’ll help guide you through the onboarding process. We’re actively expanding access to make the service available to all cardiac device patients, regardless of location.

Yes — if you signed up using Direct Debit or recurring card payment via Stripe, your membership will renew automatically each year.
If you used a one-time payment method (like cheque or manual card payment), we’ll remind you when it’s time to renew and provide simple options to continue your membership.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. For refund details, please refer to our cancellation policy or contact the HRI team.
Yes — the HRI Plus App is now available to all members.
It gives you instant access to your cardiac device ID, medications, allergies, and more — all from your phone. If you’re a member and haven’t downloaded it yet, visit the App Store or Google Play to get started.
The wristband clearly marks you as someone with a cardiac device. It helps healthcare professionals and first responders know you may need specialised care.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and strong data protection policies to keep your information secure and confidential.
Simply contact the HRI Plus Info Line. Replacements are free and always included in your membership.
You can request updates directly through the HRI Plus App — just log in and follow the prompts to submit a change request.
