HRI PLUS+ Membership is a paid service offered by Heart Rhythm Ireland that provides additional benefits and peace of mind to members on top of the free services already offered by HRI. This includes access to a global service that allows hospitals worldwide to access your cardiac device details, a dedicated information line, a specially designed ID bracelet, and more.

The membership fee is €60 per year or €5.99 per month.

In addition to the free services provided by HRI, HRI PLUS+ members enjoy:

  • HRI Global Access: This service allows any hospital worldwide to access your cardiac device details and history, providing the same level of access as Irish hospitals connected to HRI.
  • HRI PLUS Information Line: Members have access to a dedicated information line for their queries.
  • HRI PLUS Identity Bracelet: A silicone bracelet marked with the HRI logo and ‘Cardiac Device Implanted’ for clear identification.
  • Additional Cards: You will receive an additional ID card and three key fobs for your keys.
  • Free Card Updates: Automatic replacement of ID cards if your information needs updating.
  • Free Replacement Cards: Lost ID cards will be replaced at no cost.
  • HRI Virtual Cardiac Device ID App (coming soon): Exclusive access to the upcoming app, which will allow you to carry your cardiac device information conveniently on your smartphone.

HRI PLUS+ Membership is available to anyone with a cardiac device or those who wish to benefit from the additional services and support provided by Heart Rhythm Ireland.

To become a member, simply fill out the application form provided and choose your preferred payment method:

  • Credit/Debit card by calling +353 (0)41 6871457
  • Direct Debit through Stripe
  • Cheque payable to Heart Rhythm Ireland
  • Online payment through the secure portal at www.hriplus.com/join (exclusive discounts available for annual memberships)

You can pay for your membership by:

Memberships are renewed annually. If you have paid by direct debit, your membership will renew automatically. For other payment methods, you will receive a notification with instructions on how to renew your membership as the expiration date approaches.

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. For further details regarding refunds, please refer to our cancellation policy or contact our support team.

The HRI Virtual Cardiac Device ID App is a forthcoming app that will allow HRI PLUS+ members to store and access their cardiac device information on their smartphones.

The app is not yet available, but by joining HRI PLUS+, you will be among the first to benefit once it is released.

The HRI PLUS Identity Bracelet is a silicone bracelet marked with ‘Cardiac Device Implanted’ to clearly identify the wearer, especially helpful in emergency situations or when interacting with healthcare professionals.

HRI uses industry-standard data protection measures and encryption to keep your personal and medical information safe and confidential.

Our information line is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 530 PM to assist members with their queries.

HRI PLUS+ members can request additional or replacement ID cards and bracelets at no extra cost. To request a replacement, please contact our support team through the HRI PLUS Information Line.

To update your personal information, log in to your HRI PLUS+ account and navigate to the account settings. For further assistance, contact our support team.

Members will receive dedicated contact information upon joining, allowing easy access to the support line for any assistance or queries.
